Made with the modern catcher in mind, the M23 is the latest in Wilson Catcher's Mitt technology. Formed with a thinner toe pad on the thumb and fingers offering improved control while prepping for the pitch and framing pitches! Built with baseball's top leather, Wilson's Pro Stock Leather. This intensive selection process results in only the top 5% of Wilson-selected hides being used to create these mitts. To assist that incredible leather is the Dual Palm construction which consists of a thin piece of material strategically placed between the palm of the shell and the palm of the inner-hand lining. This small piece does wonders to the mitt as it adds to the structure of the shell. As well, it rids A2K mitts of palm wrinkles which have been known to cause baseballs to pop out of the grasp of other mitts.

This mitt will do what is needed for a top-quality catcher. The 33.5-inch circumference will allow it to set a large target for your entire pitching staff. As well, the extended pocket should prevent rebounding of the baseball out of the mitt's grasp while trying to catch it. Lastly, this model is designed to also have a deep pocket that has been found to help with picking fastballs out of the dirt.
